When will my order ship?

Each piece is hand made and shipped from our southern cal studio.
In most cases, we'll ship your retail order within 3 working days. In the event that there’s a material shortage or if an item is temporarily out of stock - we will notify you immediately.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.

 

What are the shipping charges?

Orders shipped within the United States are FREE, and will ship via USPS from San Diego, CA.
For international and wholesale shipping inquiries, please contact us at sales@7stitches.com.

 

What about Sales tax?

Sales Tax will be charged to California residents only. (8%)

RETURNS|REPAIRS

We want to ensure that you're totally thrilled with your new jewelry!  But, If for any reason that is not the case, please contact us to discuss the nature for the return and we will provide you with the shipping address and further instructions, or email us: sales@7stitches.com. Must be within 7 days of receipt for store credit. We accept merchandise that has not been worn, used, or altered. There are no returns on custom or sale items. In the event you need a repair, we will gladly repair items purchased through www.7stitches.com at no charge for up to 4 months following purchase (under all reasonable circumstances). For older purchases repairs will be subject to a fee if materials need to be replaced, assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will always do our best to repair your piece first. Feel free to contact us at sales@7stitches.com with specific repair request to determine whether repair can be accommodated and the associated charge. All associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

CARING FOR YOUR PIECE

Our pieces are handmade with care and slight variations may exist between pieces due to the nature of organic materials and the fact they are hand made. That been said, pieces should be handled with care. You can expect some natural tarnishing over time with wear. But to reduce those effects, gently wipe jewelry with soft polishing cloth and store in a dry place. Protect jewelry from abrasive surfaces and harsh chemicals, and please be mindful of wearing make-up, lotion or perfume near jewelry. Do not wear in the shower or Jacuzzi as moisture and chemicals can affect the color and turn stones brittle.
